Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. • Please ensure your phone or Zoom is working and ready before the appointment begins. • If our technical issues disrupt the session, you may request a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge (This does not include delays caused by your login issues or being late to the session). • Each appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes. If you decide to end the session early for personal reasons, no partial or full refund will be issued. If you need to cancel, please do so through the booking system.
