Chat Session Policy

  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

  • Please ensure your phone or Zoom is working and ready before the appointment begins.

  • If our technical issues disrupt the session, you may request a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge (This does not include delays caused by your login issues or being late to the session).

  • Each appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes. If you decide to end the session early for personal reasons, no partial or full refund will be issued.

  • If you need to cancel, please do so through the booking system.

  • We do not endorse or recommend any specific for-profit programs.

  • If your session includes criminal disclosures or presents a life-threatening situation, we are obligated to report it to appropriate authorities in accordance with safety protocols.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, especially in cases of inappropriate behavior, disrespectful communication, or violation of our terms.

Event Policy

  • Events must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event start time are not eligible for a refund.

  • If you need to cancel, please do so through the booking system or email.

  • If you decide to leave the event early for personal reasons, no partial or full refund will be issued.

In-Person Event

  • If you are under 18, please ensure that your legal guardian reviews policies and completes the form on your behalf.

  • Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are not permitted. Violations may result in removal from the event and restriction from future participation.

  • If you purchase multiple tickets, you are responsible for ensuring that all guests or participants you register are informed of and agree to our policies and terms.

  • We reserve the right to refuse registration or participation in any event or session if a participant’s actions conflict with the purpose, safety, or values of our community.

Privacy & Data Use Statement

  • We only collect the basics (like your name, email, or comments) to help manage your bookings and keep in touch.

  • We’ll never sell or share your info without your permission.

  • Payments are handled safely through Wix Payments—we don’t store any payment details.

  • Your info is stored securely with limited access.
