1989: Became a resident of West Covina
2000: Founded and grew a successful real estate business
2015: Entered public service and won his first election
2019: Helped lead West Covina out of bankruptcy alongside the City Council
2021: West Covina ranked the #2 most business-friendly city in Los Angeles County (Economic Development Corporation)
2023: West Covina ranked the #3 safest city in the nation for cities with populations over 100,000. (Forbes)
